It takes its name from the famous Chinese poet Li Bai, known as Rihaku in Japan.
A highly floral nose gives way to a fresh, clean character on the palate, ending in a long finish that remains rich in aromas, with an unusual complexity for a sake.
Best enjoyed chilled
Pairs well with white meats and vegetables such as asparagus, broccoli and artichokes.
