Transporting your package
Parcels are usually shipped within 36 hours of receipt of your payment. (Unless otherwise indicated during annual leave)
The standard shipping method is the Bpost Business Pack, supplementary insurance included in the price.
We provide you with a link that allows you to track the routing of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each.
Your package is shipped and insured (insurance up to a maximum value of 500,00 € per package).
Particular attention is paid to the package containing fragile products.
Our spirits travel light (and green)! 🌿
To keep your bottles safe, we use competition-grade cardboard cases certified to prevent breakage and sealed with kraft paper tape.
🍿 The secret to our packing material? It’s not polystyrene “fries,” but 100% natural cornstarch. Have fun running them under the tap—they’ll disappear faster than a shot of liquor on a Saturday night!
💨 Air cushion alert! If you find plastic air cushions in your package, don’t panic: these are the ones we receive in our own deliveries. We repurpose them to give them a second life rather than throwing them away.
⏳ Final confession: We also have a small stock of plastic shipping bags left to use up (because throwing away brand-new items isn’t very eco-friendly). Once they’re gone—and without the air cushions we’ve saved from the trash—our packages will be 100% plastic-free! Everything else already goes into the cardboard recycling bin.
