“It comes exclusively from Pago de Miraflores, the ‘Grand Cru’ located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Sixteen casks were filled, meeting the requirements of the Consejo Regulador de Sherry and Manzanilla de Sanlúcar for the classification of vintage wines.”
“The selected casks (numbers 4, 7, 9, 12 and 15) were blended into a final batch of 2,800 bottles, bottled in April 2022. Bottled ‘en rama’, i.e. directly from the cask with minimal filtration to preserve its organoleptic characteristics.”
