The brand was founded in 2010 with the intention of bringing a traditional Mezcal to market. A Mezcal that would embody the passion, traditions and culture of this very distinctive spirit.
Los Siete Misterios aims to counter this by offering a wide range of different agave varieties.
Because of the traditional production method and the different microclimates the varieties come from, each batch differs from the previous one, both in flavour and alcohol percentage.
