NOG Batch 8

Matured for one year in a cask previously used for Asta Morris Blair Athol 1998. This is a Not Ordinary Gin in which oak becomes a botanical in its own right, woven into flavours of malt, hops, poppy seed, coriander, fennel, cocoa, orange, mandarin and, of course, juniper berry.

Serving suggestion: a vegetal tonic with Jamaican black pepper and orange zest (two coffee beans or a small piece of fennel can also bring out delicate and pleasant aromas).
