NOG Batch 9

“This gin is placed in former whisky casks, exclusively from the Asta Morris range, to mature for several months and develop even greater complexity. This makes oak an essential botanical alongside malt, hops, poppy seed, coriander seed, fennel, cocoa, orange, mandarin and, naturally, juniper berry.

For batch 9, a former Glentauchers 1992 for Asta Morris cask (selected for the Japanese market) was chosen to hold and enhance this precious gin for a little over a year. As each batch is linked to a single cask, this NOG! is a very limited edition.

Profile: fresh mint on the nose with a subtle touch of juniper berry. Delicate vanilla notes from the cask maturation emerge on the palate, also bringing plenty of roundness. The finish stretches out over warm spice notes. A gin of extraordinary complexity!” The Nectar
